We had a very good to exceptional experience overall with Pool & Landscape AZ. Our pool and landscape package was completed from dig to swim in less than 4 months. Completed July 2023. David our initial contact and Sales consultant was informative and helpful with pricing and the design phase, Jason the owner would not hesitate to call and address concerns, Dawn who scheduled jobs was professional and prompt with a reply if needed. While all of these people mentioned were great to deal with, the experience could not have been a 10 or a 5 star experience without the Project Manager Scott Brown. Scott was awesome to deal with from the beginning to this date and still keeps in touch regarding our pool and or landscape needs or concerns. If you're looking to build a pool, look no further! This company was a dream to work with! Called for a quote, next day Robert was out...measured our overgrown 3ft tall weeds/grass of a backyard..asked us basic questions..size, shape, depth, features..we were emailed a quote with 3D plans , every single detail included days later...that Sunday on his day off we met him at their east mesa location and went over everything..made changes, adding things on the spot, cost included...thought it would be hard to pick materials..everything was there, layed out to see. Travertine choices out front, every tile you could imagine on the walls. Robert let us choose, but told us his favorites. They use the best quality of all materials. Found out later our turf was the best there is 80oz Bermuda. We got our quote Feb. 27th.. signed our contract on March 5th..was told sign to swim 4-5 months and we were swimming on July 17th...every date that was set was met. Our project manager Scott was the best of the best! On top of every single phase and thing that happened. We didn't have to worry about a thing! We got multiple quotes, some on a zoom meetings with satellite images of our house..some who came out, but put no effort in or couldn't even provide a quote for weeks. Or would give one, with a base price then add every single detail after the fact ending up costing more. We even asked a company to "rush" our quote to compare, which they did then never followed up on return emails. We waited over a year to build bcs the more people we told we were planning to build a pool the more horror stories we heard. This company does quality work, is more than competitively priced, and you will love the outcome! Robert, Scott thank you for making our dreams come true! You guys are more than experts in the business..Robert I couldn't have designed our pool better myself...and Scott you are a master mind...I'm a math minded accountant myself and my husband is a contractor and you doing the work to match up all our elevations of our existing concrete and pavers..then being there for every single construction phase, inspections, all of it..you were here managing things when we didn't even know it. I can't thank you all enough! The entire experience was far beyond anything we could have hoped for! Our scheduler, Dawn..thank you!! Sure you don't get the mentions you deserve, but you set our expectations perfectly from the get go, scheduled all phases, were in constant communication..you were awesome too! This has been a very enjoyable experience. AZ Pools finished our pool in 7 weeks. Triston was amazing and very professional. He stayed on top of the project and made sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend AZ pools to my friends. Thank you. Service: General construction
