Been with this company since 2016. Always have issues. Its a fight to get them resolved. They provide the cheapest window/door sensors on the market and then when the battery dies there is no way to change it without cracking and breaking the sensor and then they want $45 to come replace it. I already pay an annual fee. Unfortunately, I am stuck with them until May 2023 since I paid for the year. I only write reviews after trying to resolve things over the phone/email. This company refuses to let me buy my own quality sensors to replace their garbage sensors and connect it to my system. Still waiting on the call back about a resolution. But, you already have my money for the year. Who cares if someone breaks into my home because a sensor is broken?! And why call someone back when you say you will? Oh, yeah, I have to call/email AGAIN and waste time fighting to get anything resolved with Bulwark!

People-first business. Im not even a customer of these guys. I was calling around to local security system installation companies when I called here. I was just looking to see if anyone had any experience with removing the security system thats in my home currently. It came with the house that we recently purchased and it was malfunctioning. Even after discovering I wasnt planning on doing business with them, the woman that answered the phone gave me some pointers on how they removed their systems and even offered to stay on the phone with me if I had any questions. That kind of service is unheard of these days. She couldve just hung up on me as soon as she found out that I wasnt one of their customers. I wish I remember her name, but I hope she (and her management if she has any) sees this Thank you!
