Adam and his team were very responsive to my requests in getting a good quality surround system. Adam, the owner of Planet Geek from the outset provided me with knowledgeable and professional guidance in getting a good quality Onkyo receiver system at a reasonable cost. When there was an initial glitch with the pairing of my Direct-TV to my Sony TV and surround system, Adam graciously inspected the system and installed 4k-HDMI cables which fixed the pairing issue. He did this at no additional charge. Their aim is to ensure the customer is satisfied with their work.
On March 6, 2024, a professional from Planet Geek installed a Pro X Floodlight camera in our back yard. He was thorough and efficient in his service, going above my expectations by ensuring all of the settings on our Ring App were updated and functioning properly. Services: Tv wall mounting, Surround sound installation
