Intoxalock Ignition Interlock - Closed

Worst place of business dont waste your time, money or gas on this company. Communication is horrible, appointments are never set and you can never get ahold of anyone. This Mesa location doesnt even exist anymore but still pops up on google. Terrible business

Terrible service at King intoxalock located in Mesa Arizona off Baseline Road. The owner is rude, struggles with communication, and they NEVER keep appointments. Went down there this morning for my 10:00 interlock removal appointment nobody ever showed up, nobody called and canceled my appointment, I had to reach out to the parent company to get any information about what's going on, and then they tried to reschedule me for Monday, send somebody out to my house, and charge me 50 more dollars on top of the $173 they are already charging Which is higher than most the other companies around town. All this after wasting my Saturday morning. I do not recommend. Two thumbs down. Zero Stars. Zero out of 10 rating

I rarely write reviews- CAUTION STAY AWAY!! Coral (the lady who runs the place) missed 4 appointments for calibration. That is not a mistake 4 missed appointments. Additionally when it came time to get a copy of the paperwork she was required to keep- she couldn't find it. After two weeks she still couldn't find a copy and sent me the contract that she had signed that day (a year after the initial document that we both signed). I explained I was uncomfortable signing on a false date. I wasn't able to get a hold of her after that. Intoxalox as a whole isn't horrible- it is just this office. STAY AWAY from KING INTOXALOX and CORAL specifically. unprofessional, unreliable, deceitful, fraudulent, and overall horrible communication.

Stay away from Kings Service Center in Mesa ...... I had a 6 month requirement .....which I satisfied with no violations ..... every single appointment for a calibration or other service resulted in waiting around outside for them to show up....I received my Uninstall letter from AZDMV two weeks ago and made an appointment to have it removed for today at 9 AM....(even though they don't open at 10) I showed up and was told over the phone by Aalihya or whatever her name is that they aren't open on Tuesdays.....called intoxalock to ask where I could get it done... two week waiting time everywhere..... they told me to wait ..... I waited till 10:15 and called again to find out how long I need to wait.... and was told they were not coming because I have " attitude" ....yeah well thats because i wasted an entire morning off sitting in your parking lot ....again...now I am on hold again to find another place to remove this garbage from my vehicle ....Stay away from intoxalock and Kings Service Center....
