Power Self Storage & RV

We didnt get to stay here, but of all the places we called, they answered the phone and gave us the names of some other storage places since they were full. We found a place for our RV thanks to them!

Rob the manager is top notch.He's always there to help.This is the best storage company I've ever been with.i have 3 units. Highly recommended. Thom Holland

If I could not give a star I wouldn't. The only nice person at this facility is Rob. I have no complaints when it comes to Rob. But as far as the security and the other staff, especially the older lady at the desk is a rude, racists, disrespectful and very unprofessional lady. She sends out nasty, rude and unprofessional emails. She talks to you like your beneath her. The stuff she does she needs to be fired! She even called the police on me when I was recording her showing how, rude and unprofessional she was being. I never yelled at this lady or was rude to her. The moment I walked into the office to ask her about a concern with my unit, she went on a rampage and was being very disrespectful. She started barking at me like I was dog, and telling me to shoe away smh with her hands. I swear I would have that she was mentally unstable the way she was acting. Then calling the police like I was a threat to her, when I had everything on video as to they also have camera's to prove who was the aggressor. This lady will meet her match one day and God bless the person who deals with her. I've never seen nothing like her and her unprofessionalism. Don't rent here if you want nasty emails, or harassing emails from this lady! She is a pure JOKE!!! Rob is the only good person they have at this place.
