Kameron & his crew were very professional, polite, respectful, & laid proper expectations because it needed more help than we anticipated. They communicated throughout the entire process in a timely manner. They worked along side with our home insurance through Farmers & worked quickly & effectively when they were at our home. I highly recommend this crew. Our roof looks fantastic & its the perfect black cherry on top for us! I reached out for a quote for house rot beginning of June. Someone came out but then a month went by and still no quote had been communicated. I called twice to follow up. Finally I got someone to respond but then they had to come out again for more pictures. Once another couple weeks went by, the guy responded that he had my quote ready and could he come by. Because of my life that week, I requested a phone call or email. He requested in person again and I said , no, I really preferred a phone call. It's been about 2 weeks now, and I have yet to hear a word. They have ghosted me and made me feel now like I've done something wrong when actually I've been nothing but patient (been working on this for 2 months now).

This has to be the absolute worst communication from a company I've ever experienced. Home was needing siding and windows done. Took over six months before people showed up to install siding with minimal communication. It has now been a year and windows are still broken with no contact. After becoming dissatisfied with their service we emailed the company to terminate any remaining contract as we have children and needed windows done in a more timely manner, we were then told that we would need to communicate with someone else the intentions to terminate without specification of who. I understand supply issues or installation setbacks but if you don't communicate that with your customers and leave them waiting for a year for a necessity like windows it will leave them highly unsatisfied. Do not recommend this company unless you don't want communication or repairs completed in a timely manner.
