Prowest Roofing

We just had our roof replaced by ProWest and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Our project coordinator, Kyle Cummings, was amazing to work with. From our first visit to the last, he made everything so simple. He handled everything from start to finish and was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. The guys who did the work were prompt, efficient and cleaned up nicely. I would recommend ProWest, specifically Kyle Cummings, to anyone needing a new roof!

We had our entire roof replaced by Prowest in May of 2020. They did a phenomenal and speedy job at the time. Now here we are in 2024 and they have helped us out once again. We had a leak being caused by our air conditioning installation that reared it's head right around Xmas of 2023. With the help of Patrick at Prowest we were able to get a resolution with both the AC company, and also Prowest. They went above and beyond, covering additional parts of the room (that were under the unit) to ensure the issue was resolved. Patrick the project manager was super thorough and genuinely seemed to care about our house. That's exactly what you want when dealing with something as big and serious as your roof. Would 10/10 recommend using this company.

Ashley Parriott is a great representative of Prowest Roofing LLC. Her hands on approach to deal with the steps of getting through a roof replacement were greatly appreciated. He explanation of how, what, and where was clear. The company she works for was efficient. The sub contractor did a great job. Well done, neat and quick .I highly recommend her and Prowest Roofing LLC.

We were recommended to Prowest Roofing by a friend and we're very happy that we chose them for our roof replacement. Mitchell went above and beyond working with our insurance company to submit all necessary paperwork and he diligently followed up after several insurance delays. Mitchell kept us informed of the scheduling, including being respectful of our tenants, and answered all our questions regarding the roof replacement process. We are extremely happy with our new roof and would definitely recommend Mitchell and Prowest Roofing!

I HIGHLY recommend this company for roof replacement. Ashley did a great job working with our insurance company to get them to approve coverage for the hail damage we received. The company replaced our roof in less than one day! I was very impressed. The owner of the company even took the time to explain to me some roof fixes that need to be done and he did not charge me extra for that. By 3pm that same day the crew was gone, the roof was replaced and my yard was very clean!
