Rental properties. Joyce Chan. No call back. Been calling, sending emails via Zillow about a property with absolutely no response!! So, I called her. Supposedly the property has been rented or sold. She could have lied and said "oh I'm sorry I was just about to call you" or something. Why ignore a potential client? Make sure that when a rental property is "gone" to take that listing down right away. The listing said the property has been available for 21 days!
Joyce Chan and possibly West USA Realty you are awful when it comes to customer service in this market.

Worked with Christy Saloum. Best way I can describe our interaction was as though I went to a used car lot. I gave her one star because she did work and spend time with us.
She very pushy once we found a good fit. It came across as uncaring and immoral. Seemed more focused on making a quick buck than what damage it would do to our credit history. She also miss-represented the realtor or homeowner by telling us one thing than saying something completely different.
Although you might be desperate as we would, I wouldnt recommend you utilizing this realtor and I would question the office of her employment.

These people employ horrific, awful and racist people. Never buy from property from these people. They hate black elderly people.
