Save yourself a lot of pain and work and avoid this company at all costs. Unprofessional, rude, inaccurate and dishonest. Took almost a month to finally get the appraisal after missed appts. When we finally did get the appraisal it was inaccurate, no relative comps and 30% less then the appraisal that was done exactly 12 months prior. Ted is unresponsive and unprofessional. We ended up needing to order a second appraisal so this was a complete waste of time and money. Should have paid attention to the reviews he was already given

Be careful with this company. Appraisers don't take the time to compare apples to apples. Rushed in the property just for photos. Didnt bother to do a proper analysis on property. Not highly recommended.

Ted was prompt, fair and did the most detailed/in depth appraisal that I've ever seen! Will definitely refer him to clients, friends and family.

We have received several appraisals from this company and they are clear, concise and accurate. Very happy with the workmanship.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Can I give zero stars?? Ted from diamondback appraisals came close to an hour late to my home for our appraisal. I wasn't too concerned, we didn't have much going on anyway. That should have been a red flag though! Ted told us he would email the appraisal to me by Wednesday or Thursday the next week (this was on Saturday). Wednesday and Thursday passed without a word from Ted. My husband called him on Friday to see what was going on. Ted said he would have the appraisal by the next day. Did we get it? Nope. So now it's Tuesday and we call again to have him promise us the appraisal within an hour. Still no appraisal. My husband went to his office (which was a disaster. Papers everywhere, no organization whatsoever) where ted was sitting in basketball shorts and a tee shirt. My husband asked for our money back and at least he didn't put up a fight to do so. Now we have to find someone else to come do an appraisal for us. We are so frustrated!
