Ashlee helped us through the wild process of moving from out of state to our first home in AZ. She was so patient as we physically and virtually toured so many homes/neighborhoods with her over the course of many months. Ashlee made herself available at just about any time for us, despite the difference in time zones and patiently guided us to the answers to our million questions. We came across two relators that put our house search on hold because we were contingent. They told us in this market (2021) it would be hard to get an offer accepted until our house sold!
