I rented from this management company from 06/2018 to 10/2022 Very unprofessional company. Ryan the director doesn't return emails, nor does the staff. Nathan Anderson who manages Red Mountain Apts in Mesa, AZ doesn't return calls or emails regarding any of the issues that may arise or if you try and reach out to him. If he needs something though he does whatever is necessary to get ahold of you. Do not rent from this management company as they do not run credit or criminal backgrounds on tenants and their properties have lots of drug traffic and riffraff. They do not maintain the Apts they manage very well either. They do not return your security deposit within the allotted time frame set by the AZ laws and I am currently still waiting for mine nor have I received a itemized receipt. Mr Anderson didn't even meet me to do a final walk through of apt and to get the keys back. I have now contacted legal representation pertaining to this matter.
