The appraiser came out he was excessively through to the point I lost my refinance because he noted that city water was available at the street. It's NOT I told him it wasn't he said it's all city of mesa and I told him the city of mesa stated to me my residence couldn't have access to that pipeline he ignored me the lender said since waterpipes are at the street I had to hook up to city water to get a refinance thanks alot JERK

I don't know if blue skies actually sells property! I initially left 2 voicemails for Mark, several days after not hearing back I sent an email... Still nothing! I texted on another property a couple of weeks later and finally got a reply from Mark. Mark said, his house burned down so he'd been busy. We agreed that property wasn't for me due to it having an abandoned mobile home and other trash on the land. I looked into other parcels blue skies had advertised and found 2 lots side by side. Mark and I discussed terms and I told him I'd get back to him. I then asked Mark if blue skies had other properties in the area I could look at so Id know my options. Mark informed me, they had 10- 12 lots in the area and he'd send me a map to locate them. I provided my email address and haven't heard from Mark since. I've texted him several times and finally I texted him that it was clear he didn't want to sell me property... I've owned 3 houses and 2 businesses. I've never had a realtor that wasn't helpful to the point of it being annoying. Maybe land realtors are a different animal but I have to wonder how a company can be successful with such unprofessional and uncommitted people like Mark working for them! If anyone else at blue skies would like to sell me some land, Mark has my number.
