Working with Michael on our most recent investment transaction was a breeze. We were presented a listing that was needing cash and a quick closing in our email, being in a competitive market on the investment side of things we wanted to wrap it up quick. After making it out to the property we knew we needed to lock it up in a timely matter and we couldn't wait until their original decision date with the seller because this deal would've been blown out of the water. Michael went to the seller's agent, Liz who is also on their team and played a role in making this happen and told her we needed this done same day.
