Repair was handled quickly and professionally. Service tech cleaned up immediately once repair was done.I would like to commend my property manager Rhett Ricedorff for his continued service and commitment to insuring his properties and the renters are always treated as his OWN family. Weve recently moved into a property managed by this company and have had a VERY POOR experience. When we moved in our backyard was COVERED in weeds. We contacted the property management about it asap and here we are 3 weeks going on 4 weeks with still nothing done about it and the weeds have only escalated tremendously. Really disappointed with this whole process and our quality of living here has been terrible.

Terri Young is an incredible property manager, she always goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She works hard to get our condo rented and thinks outside the box.
