Do not recommend: Office staff does not answer the telephone, but are quick to return calls as they can see your phone number via caller ID. Saw Sandall first part of November for a swollen and painful toe. During the exam, he kept yawning; as well as his staff. Told him I had already had xrays and was told toe was not broken. He sent me for a CT scan at Simon Med. Simon Med said results would be ready in 3 to 5 days. 12 days with no call from Sandall with results. I finally went over and picked the results up. Will take them to another doctor.

I cannot recommend Dr. Sandall enough! He is thorough, communicative, has great bedside manner, and just all around a wonderful doctor and human being. His staff members are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. His office is clean, yet cozy and welcoming. He got me in and out so quickly for a same day appointment (about 2 hours total including a minor procedure) and has completely resolved my issue. As another medical professional, I was truly so impressed and satisfied with his services. He even gave me his cell number for after hours issues! Im telling you guys, he is the genuine article. I already have and will continue to sing his praises and recommend him to all my friends that need a podiatrist!!

I cannot believe I have not left a review for this Dr and his practice until now. We started seeing Dr Sandall when my teenage daughter was involved in an ATV accident in 2013. He was actually just opening his office. My daughter had been seen and treated by the trauma unit at Scottsdale Osborn as well as a week stay at Cardon Childrens Hospital. By the time we finally got to Dr Sandall I was a frazzled, scared, exhausted momma that was at my wits end and terrified that my daughter would never get the adequate care and treatment she needed.(I am not trash talking those other facilities but like any healthcare experience, we definitely encountered our fair share of battles, upsets and disappointments) When they heard her story and what shed been through they got her in right away. I could hardly get her there fast enough for them. As soon as we walked in the office they immediately took her back and Dr Sandall was in the room within minutes accessing her. His communication and calmness was almost overwhelming for me. He explained everything as far as what had already happened, what he thought needed to happen and what his opinion, thoughts and recommendations were. Even gave me other options to consider and sat their discussing it all with me as though she was his only patient and not just a patient, he treated her like one of his own kids. I immediately could see that he was medically very intelligent and educated. But aside from that, he cared. His compassion and concern for her was immeasurable. His wound treatment was aggressive and very successful. We never had a backslide once Dr Sandall was involved. There is not a doubt in my mind that had we not found this Dr, my teenage daughter would of likely lost her foot and possibly partway up her leg. Now, 10 years later she still sees Dr Sandall about once a year to receive PRP injections for a joint in her foot that was damaged from the accident. I have sense also become a patient for an awkwardly broken foot bone. That went undiagnosed by 2 urgent care doctors I should add. As well, I have referred countless people to Dr Sandall and every single one of them have had nothing but the best experiences and treatment. I could never thank Dr Sandall enough for what he did for my daughter. Unfortunately finding a doctor like this is nearly impossible these days. He truly loves what he does and you can tell.

First time at a podiatrist. Dr Sandal is awesome very friendly. Made me feel very comfortable. Julie and Stephanie were great very friendly and helpful .

Doctor Sandall is literally the most kind doctor and has excellent bedside manner. You can tell that he really does care about his patients and it shows in the work he does. He is very personable and is funny! The whole staff has always been very nice and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. I am kind of a baby and get anxious with procedures but the staff makes you feel at ease and he definitely answers any questions you may have. Thank you so much for your kindness!
