I would highly recommend Athletico PT at Mesa Gateway. The staff was caring, understanding, accommodating and professional. I was able to get in quickly to address my neck pain. Zach created a treatment plan tailored to my needs, including home exercises and stretches. They had flexible scheduling to meet my needs. My pain is gone and I was able to resume all my normal activities without pain. Everyone at the clinic was kind and caring. Thank you Zach, Armando and Ashley!

Athletic Physical Therapy is the place to go!!! The therapists are so knowledgeable and encouraging! The support staff is super nice and helpful. They were able to get me back to my normal activities quickly. I always felt safe and comfortable at this facility. As an active person I am so grateful to have found Athletico and would come back here for any future injuries! Thank you for getting me back up and running Zach, Armando, Ashley and Kiana!! I would give Zach and Armando 15s if I could! That is how phenomenal they are!
Disclaimer: This is going to be a rather long review, but I want potential patients/clients to fully understand what kind of care they will receive with out questions.
I will begin with my injury.
I am 70 years old. On Dec. 08, 2023, I fell off a ladder hanging Christmas lights. I fell approx 15 ft. and landed on my back. I have a compressed T12 fracture. I wore a turtle shell back brace for approximately 2-1/2 months. Wearing the shell was to avoid surgery.
My spinal surgeon, cleared me for PT after that time.
I did my research to find the best PT. I found Athletico Gateway. I scheduled an appointment/assessment with Zach (PT). I went in thinking it will be a very long time before I can possibly reach full mobility. At that time I was about 45% range of motion. During my assessment, Zach assured me I will be back to normal. When, depends on how I take to PT.
I began going 2X/week. Armando, my PTA, began working with me on the program he and Zach developed for me. I can honestly say, I started feeling better after my first session with Armando.
After a full month for going to Athletico Gateway, I was up to 98% full range of motion without pain. I do the exercises they gave me along with my regular exercise program I do at the gym. I will get to 100% by regularly going to the gym.
Anyone who is considering go to Athletico Gateway will not be disappointed. I strongly and highly recommend them. They will get you back to doing the things you love doing.

I went in my first day being nearly unable to walk on my walk or move and am skipping out on my last day! Kyle and Armando are wonderful and friendly. Kiana was also a sweet angel. I cannot remember the receptionist name (sorry ) but she was the sweetest and kindest ever. Cannot be more thankful for all of them and the good times we had even though I started in pain.
