Such a great staff. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful with my therapy after shoulder surgery. Glad I chose 360 Therapy.

The therapists were very knowledgeable and understanding. Paid attention to me during my exercises to make sure that I wasn't having too much pain with doing them. They gave me good exercises to do at home to help relieve some of the pain. Very nice staff.

Drama. Wrong Therapist per my needs. Front office girl accused me of calling her a name. The accusation was presented to me by a PT (Dylan) in front of room full of patrons. I had called no one a name. After, (as I had started weeping) he asked me if I'd like to talk in private. Talked in private while he still accused me of calling the girl a name. There is no way to explain how embarrassing the situation was; the fact that I was presented with no opportunity to chat with the girl. The PT (Dylan) said multiple times I hurt the front office girls feelings. Dylan also seemed unhappy about something the owner said to him as well. I am nearly 70, and have been sedentary for many years and came to 360 for help. Besides the drama, no heat, no ice, no cupping, and no listening nothing managed to help as I was was switched between 2 PT with 2 different routines. The other PT (Sam) seemed to understand my needs and did not leave me so sore that I fell. There is more to this unprofessional experience, but this is enough of my time taken.
