To the OWNERS of Lash Envy: I guess you enjoy LOSING money! I stopped by today mid afternoon (after 2pm) and wanted to get lashes. Evidently, your lash girl "Nazria or Azaria" was out shopping in the Dana Park area mid afternoon and the receptionist had to text her to come back in because I was there and wanted lashes. I was very clear that I wanted lashes today and the receptionist clearly said that I would be able to get lashes today. (She clearly lied.) So this Nazria girl (or whatever her name is) came back to the shop and we talked about the lashes and I said, "I'm ready let's get this done" but then she said she couldn't do them today - are you kidding me? She wasted my time and shame on your staff for being so disorganized, unprepared & unprofessional. Nazria said that it would take too much time. And yet there was plenty of time because she had nobody else booked AND your store closes on Sun at 6pm. IF she hadn't been SHOPPING and was in the store when I arrived I would have had lashes installed today. BUT your people are clearly LAZY, incompetent and don't want to work. And your receptionist doesn't have a clue as to how to run the store and has no idea what's going on. This is how you run a business? What a joke! Laughing...
