For starters, did not realize this is a "Family Buisness" and honestly wish I could give this company even more stars, they were awesome! We had ordered the "Kraken Slip 'N Slide" along with the Cotton Candy machine with enough cotton candy for 100 people. Granted we weren't having a 100 person party, we only ended up using 1 box of cotton candy, it was still a great day. Everything worked perfectly, and everyone had a great time. I had even said that if the yard didn't become a puddled muddy mess by the time we were done, we didn't do our water themed party right - sure enough we got our puddled muddy backyard and no kid left without a smile on their face. The company itself did a great job with communication. We scheduled for it all to be between 12:00p.m.-6:00p.m.. They had informed us, with plenty of time to prepare, that they would be delivering about 8:00a.m. the day of the party. Sure as their words were 8:00a.m. they messaged saying they were there. They got everything set up themselves and, as mentioned already, it all worked perfectly. No leaks in the Slip 'N Slide where there shouldn't be, no problems operating the cotton candy machine, and definitely enough cotton candy to go around several times. I definitely see me using this company again for future parties. Thank you for helping my little girls birthday dreams come true - we exceeded her expectations.
