The communication with CertaPro was excellent from initial visit to proposal to scheduling and with the team in the field. The painting crew spent time walking the property with me before starting and incorporated the items I felt needed attention in their work plan. The work was performed in a very professional manner. I recall a couple of instances where I saw some initial work that I felt needed further attention and before I could bring it to their attention they had remedied the issue. They finished the project on schedule and I am very satisfied with the results. Service: Exterior painting

Jon was excellent. How ever when we first spoke with him a few years ago, they had their own professional painters. When we decided to use them to paint the house, they had contracted the work out. The guy didn't speak any English. Left a mess and had paint everywhere including my neighbors house. The production manager had to come out and and somewhat cleaned and fixed the mess. What was only supposed to be a few days ended up turning into a whole week. The staff is very professional however the workers not so much. I still have white paint on my fence line (not even attached to the house, not sure how that was achieved but the worker managed to do it). I would love to do business with Jon later down the road but they need to hire more professional workers that know the trade. No manager should have to finish the job. Service: Exterior painting

Jon and his team were very thorough and accommodating with my schedule and the somewhat laborious HOA approval process for my paint selection. His onsite crew were even better: friendly, detailed and took pride in their work. Clean-up was excellent and the entire project was finished in just 2 days. The result was better than I imagined it could be. I've used Jon's team before and I will again!
