Worst pain clinic ever never returns calls when you tell them when meds are going to run out they dont refill them you have to call all the time and most of the time that doesnt work Ive had to go in person and make them do their job, on top of the fact that an mri was needed and dr gibb never sent in the information correctly to insurance so had to reschedule 4 times to get mri and he kept blaming every other place for it not getting done so I went in person to every single place that he blamed got copies and went back to his office and Finally got him to do it right after I proved him wrong!

The dr. made the experience more manageable by explaining the purpose for each step. The staff was considerate and appreciated.
