I had the unfortunate luxury to have Sheba Shah as my primary Pain Management doctor for my car accident case. I never spoke with her until I complained about the service. I spoke to a nurse assistant once over the phone and never actually saw my Doctor. I have never felt so neglected in my life especially after such a traumatic experience and being in so much pain. I later learned that I had a herniated disk on my back and my neck. Along with a torn ligament on my shoulder. The only reason I was sent to get MRIs done was because again, I complained that nothing was being done about my care. I then decided to go to my primary doctor and follow up with care with them. Now that my case is over Im learning that Dr. Shah is charging me over $1,500 for her two phone calls. I was disappointed and frustrated enough with the service that was provided but now that si learned shes charging me so much. I am disgusted. Dr. Shah, this isnt fair and you are wrong for this. I spoke with my attorney and they will not be referring this doctor anymore and I hope anyone reading this doesnt go to this doctor either. You won get the help, she doesnt care and they will still charge you and affect your settlement. Its not worth it. Please go somewhere else.

Dr. Shah is amazing! I had such terrible neck pain and lower back pain. I have had surgery in the past and simply could not undergo surgery again. So I decided to try pain management. I was so pleased that she did not just prescribe me medication but instead went through all of my possible options for treatment. We went over injections, nerve burning, medical devices and also stem cell injections as well as non-traditional suggestions. I was so impressed with her knowledge and demeanor that I decide to take her advice and allow her to treat me. BOY AM I GLAD I DID! I have NEVER felt better! She laid out a comprehensive treatment plan and her and her staff were lovely! Even when I was seen by her Nurse Practitioner I was given tremendous care and compassion. I do not typically leave reviews online, but I was so impressed I had to let everyone know how incredible Orange Medical Pain Management is and how deeply grateful I am to have met Dr. Shah! I appreciate Dr Shah's ability and willingness to explain procedures and taking the time to answer questions. The staff is excellent at keeping your appointment on time. And so far, excellent results.

Ive been seeing Dr Sha for 5 months now . When I first sawHer I could barely walk . It was hard to walk and move around . She explained the process during my first visit, Im not even half way through the treatment and in 50 percent. Thank you so much De Sha .
