If I could give them 0 stars I would, made an appointment for an oil change a week in advance, car was left untouched for 2 hours. Took time off of work to get this done. Just took my car back after sitting for two hours for a simple oil change. Won't be back.

Will not answer or return phone calls, failing to honor a warranty contract. The warranty company will pay but LHM will not do the legwork to make that happen. This has been going on since July of last year.

Very professional, courteous and efficient. Managed their time well and provided a ride to and from the facility. Excellent customer service!!

If I could give this place 0 Star I definitely would I walked in they have no power. No message no heads up they just kind of leave you in the dark and have you waste your time. I highly recommend do not get any service done from either Ford dealership or quick Lane change it is not worth the time and money,do not there buy the package and waste your time with people who are so unprofessional like these guys are

Had an appointment for oil change and it took over 2 hours!!! I could have bought the stuff and done it myself in less time!! Then I was told it took so long because there wasnt enough techs for the number of appointments. Why offer appointments if there arent enough techs to perform the services?! Dont waste your time getting service here.
