Shout out to David Cardoso. I worked on 3 projects with David. 2 Refis, 1 owner occupied and one investment both went super well, with very competitive rates, both closed in 4 weeks. Super happy. Later I had a purchase project, bigger and a bit more challenging. 3 weeks into escrow, when we noticed the challenges I got a better offer with less challenging terms from another lender and shared it with David. I had a very direct and open communication with David who tried his best and when noticed he can't offer better, stayed cooperative, even trying to transfer the appraisal report to the other vendor to save me time and money.
