If you enjoy long lags in communication, the personality of a wet blanket, and general lack of passion in lender, then Matt is NOT your guy. If you are like me and have dozens of questions that never fall within reasonable business hours, appreciate timely and direct responses, or maybe you're seasoned but you just want to feel like your lender has YOUR best interests at heart, don't hesitate to call Matt! He is hands-down the most professional, hard-working, and dedicated lender I've ever had the pleasure of working with, and I cannot recommend him enough!

I've used Matt at least 4 maybe 5 times over the years. He's gotten it done when others couldn't. He is 5 star all the way and always available if ya need to chat. I have referred him to friends too. That means a lot. Use him and resources. You will not be sorry.
