As a Realtor we work with a lot of companies with our client's. This one is by far the worst. For a park model loan that we were selling went under contract March 16, appraisal wasn't in for over a month, then 2 more weeks to sign which was July 6th took until Monday July 11th to fund although everything was in by the Buyer on the 6th. They were to overnight the money however Fed Ex has no record of it being sent. Horrible company.

I asked questions, the answers didnt come. What started to be $5000, increased to over $6000. Many missteps with figures, the spelling of my last name and texting the right/ wrong client. Excuses of how busy they are. I left 3 voice mails for the v p and she didnt bother calling me back! If I had known this early on, I would have found another lender. I have no confidence in this business.
