Charleys Cheesesteaks

Last week my wife and I went there to get a milkshake and they were out of milk. I just went there right now at 5:30 and they are out of steak.

Pleasantly surprised but this locati9n made a good steak and cheese hope they stay consistent..I will be back..The ones at mall locations suck..skimpy on their sandwiches

I will NEVER set foot in this location again. I got there at 8 pm they aren't closed until 9. I was told they weren't taking any more orders as they had too many. I saw 2 customers sitting inside. They had 4 orders on the screen. I was told that it would be 10 minutes before they could take my order. Multiple customers were turned away stating they were closing. I decided to order online so they had no choice but to nake steak subs. This is piss poor customer service and the food was burnt.

I will genuinely not be coming here again and I will be requiring compensation. One of my sandwiches I couldn't eat and had to waste $10. I didn't get mayo, tomatoes, or pickles on my sandwich but I did get cheese which I specifically called and asked them to remove the cheese. I did forget to order it without cheese but I called and spoke to the manager and they said I wouldn't have to worry about it. Both meals were ordered with ranch (which is extra) but we didn't receive either things of ranch and my fries were so undercooked I also had to throw them away. One of the short female employees even checked the bags to make sure everything was good. The only things that were edible were the wings. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
