I work in the area and am pretty sick of fast-food. I ordered their falafel app. It was quick, affordable, and was pretty much the best tasting and authentic falafel as I have ever had. This is what food to go should be.

One star just cause the food was tasty. But the service left a bad taste in my mouth. It felt like I wasnt supposed to ask the server any questions or help. We arrive and the restaurant has a bad smell, so we opt to sit outside. The tables are filled with dirt though so I ask the server to help wipe it down. He comes, does a quick wipe down with a wet towel and leaves the table and chairs wet and not clean. We had to just wipe it with our own paper towels, and the towels still turned completely black after doing it, showing how dirty it was. The guy later brings our food, places it on the table and leaves. Nothing about where to get cutlery, no welcome or enjoy, nothing. We finished eating and want a box to go, and we find ourselves debating on whether we should ask the server for a box or just go to the counter to get it. I mean, there is already tension. Like I chose to eat out cause I wanted to relax and enjoy, otherwise I could have just cooked a meal at home. So we signal him to get us boxes, and he signals us back to go over to the counter to get them ourselves. Like yoh, if it is a self service restaurant, just let everyone know thats what it is from the get go. I go to McDonalds and know its self service, thats what I expect, and still get good communication and good service and clean tables and seats. First and last time Im eating here.
