        Went drive trough on March 25th at 9 pm . Just wanted Hamburger for $ 5 which I saw in add They said they have one small for $ 3. 60. I said yes. on Window I said no drink just give me some more fries for substitution I handed my card and when I came home $14.38 was deducted. I will talk to manager and keep you informed.

        We visited Carl's on Sunday March 24th in the afternoon. Russell was the cook and Megan took our order. I must say that the service was wonderful! The restaurant was clean. The food was cooked perfectly! Megan was so kind. It was refreshing to have a quick meal in such a welcoming environment! Thank you. This staff should be commended!!!

        I recently visited Carl's Jr. and while the food was tasty, I was disappointed with the service. They messed up my order, but instead of taking responsibility and fixing it promptly, they brushed it off. I never got what I ordered, and it's frustrating when mistakes aren't acknowledged and corrected, especially when it happens right after receiving the order.
