        I called to Autonation Chevrolet and tried to do most of the back and forth over the phone. Thankfully the salesmen, sales managers, and finance managers were very friendly and helped me along. I had a tall ask in regards to my tough position, in the end we made the deal happen and I left the dealer with a 2024 Chevrolet Trax. Big shout out to Brandon Bryant in finance for his spectacular service and conversation, he calmed my nerves about the purchase and made the deal quite a bit sweeter with an extended warranty. Thank you to Travis and team as well, you guys knocked it out of the park!

        Scheduled an appointment 5 weeks out and on appointment date they tell me they will need to keep my vehicle for 1 week to diagnose the radio issue. This is my only vehicle and no accommodations given. Now I will go without Bluetooth / radio screen and I have a newer vehicle .
