        I ordered on the app and picked up the order thru the chipotlane. I paid for double steak but they put no protein on bowl whatsoever and the location wasnt even busy how do u mess up this badly?

        You would think since this is a new location the store and service would be great but its not. I waited about 8 minutes to be served there was no line, they did not have any chips, and the store wasnt clean food on almost all the tables and the floor. The food was spilling into other bins, sour cream in salsa and etc. The counters where they serve the food werent being wiped. I will drive a little further for better service.
