Very positive experience. The staff are all, every one I met, exceptional human beings. When you get there, the front desk checkin with Kelsey is really easy. I would try to do the paperwork first but they also have an iPad so it's really easy if you don't. Then the Doctors and office manager were really nice and professional, they answered all my questions and made some great after care recommendations too. The setting in so zen and beautiful, just like a brain spa! It's the perfect place to relax and let go for an experience such as ketamine therapy. If you are a first timer, this is a great place to go to as they really understand the medicine. It's very safe and is a miracle for chronic pain and PTSD and I felt very safe and comfortable at this clinic. Thank you for resetting my nervous system today

Ketamine is equivalent in healing terms to N,ndmt extracted from "Mimosa hostilis bark" ayahuasca etc. 20/10 would recommend to Throw your SSRI and Benzos away. If you have bladder issues/psychosis history tell them before hand.

This place is amazing! Im a former Wildland Firefighter who deals with a lot of back pain and the treatment has helped a lot. They also offer a discount for first responders which is great. The staff is really friendly and the environment is super chill. They have Oculus if you like which I recommend. Best place in Phoenix!!

Started Ketamine early 2023 for emotional health and it was transformative. Highly recommend the treatment. I wanted to visit a few providers in the East Valley before settling on a clinic. Infuse is phenomenal. Run by anesthesiologists, owner operated, chill, monitored sessions, accessible staff. I go in for maintenance treatments once a month. Love these guys!

I cant say enough wonderful things about Infuse Ketamine Lounge. I started inquiring on the phone with Lesley. She answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and friendly. I was very nervous and she put my mind at ease. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by Kelsey. Who is beyond amazing. I met Lesley in person and she was lovely. Mike did my IV and helped in calming my nerves. Chase and Mike monitored my anxiety and helped me get through the infusion. Every person that worked there was beyond professional but also calming and supportive. After the first infusion they knew how I would react and made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. I cant believe all the results Ive seen. My symptoms are at least 50% gone. Not only has my chronic pain lessened but I have almost no depression or anxiety anymore.i cant thank the amazing, caring staff enough. They go above and beyond to help their patients in every way. 5 stars isnt enough. They deserve 20 stars in my opinion.
