        I would give them a zero I've been on Suboxone for 5 year and this the worst place I've been. Doctors never there always calling out with no back up can't even give me a call to let me know before driving a hour on day off. And the people at the front desk are so unprofessional And horrible this place is a joke ruined by punk teenagers don't come here if you want to stay sober worst cbi ever go elsewhere

        negative -10000 stars! STAY AWAY!! this is by far the worst place for your mental heatlth and recovery!! they treat you like human garbage ! there doctors and nurses are constantly quiting and the front desk staff are so rude will hang up on you and just lie right to your face . honestly im shocked they havent been shut down . please state of arizona medical board look into this place ! its causing way more harm then help!
