    I worked at H&S for a year. Few things that I've noticed was that they don't look at their employees based on their job titles; they look at them as people - they understand that an employee can be a mother who sometimes gives a short notice to call out and attend to her child's needs or a student who may need to prioritize urgent school work and will be running late to work or leave early. Managers are always willing to answer questions, they're not intimidating to speak with, and they're constantly checking in to make sure you're doing okay which contributes to this company's family-like culture and environment.

    Hello, Ive been purchasing Dialysis equipment since 1999 with H&S Technical services and I have always been very happy with their service no matter what I buy, also I have talk to quite a few people there, awesome crew, very very reasonable prices and they give you an option of how fast you want it for your facility, no ones perfect, but Ill tell you since 1999 I may have returned 3 to 4 items and I have purchased thousands of refurbished parts Since 1999 , They are always willing to make it right and get it back to you fast, because of a simple mistake someone missed , no ones perfect I think thats awesome thats why I still do business with them.     I just recently left H&S after working there for about 14 months. I would agree that they are accommodating if you need time off for personal or medical reasons but most companies do the same. Posted about a year ago are three reviews from current employees, well I was in the meeting when one of the owners asked everyone "if you like your job, please post a comment on google" they were trying to get a better rating. This company supplies refurbished medical parts, so in the back they use spray adhesives, automotive spray paint and grind metal. I experienced headaches and a nauseous stomach often. Since I left I have not experience either one and my blood pressure is back to normal. I take pride in trying to do the best job I can do (after all that's what I am getting paid for) but I found it frustrating when others on the "team" are on their cell phone, internet and even reading internet books, especially the trainer who spends about 30% of his time "internet hiking". I was one of the top producers and did not get a raise, in fact I was told I would receive a gift card for my outreach calls during my review and that did not happen. I witnessed one employee take off her shoe and strike another employee twice, that's a hostile environment. I went to HR with concerns and that was a waste of time. On a positive note, I met several nice people but all the good one's are gone, there is such a huge turn over. The good news is if you take a job with H&S and you decide you don't like it you can always search for another one while your at work, and if you want to print photos or pictures using their toner, you can do that as well.
