First of all, make sure that you read all of the 100s of pages of policies and procedures because they are nazis about certain procedures like keeping your appointment, but send out a confirmation less than 24 hours notice, but if you cancel it within a 24 hour notice then you get punished by their three strikes rule. Also, my psychiatrist prescribed me seizure inducing medication (Im epileptic!) and Parkinsons excelerating medication, although I told her that I have Parkinsons. She also prescribed me medication that caused memory loss, Ill never get that memory back. I would steer clear of Denova Health. They make too many rules, mis prescribe medication. Tell you that you have to quit smoking marijuana when its the only thing that gives me relief. And not to drink alcohol. And when I requested a gay therapist they gave me a straight one,who I found out was straight after three sessions with him! In fact I was so distraught from the medications that I began smoking again after being smoke free for over a year. And when I asked them to prescribe me the patch, they told me that I needed to request it from my PCP! Still waiting for my patches because I had to call 1-800-NOBUTTS who told me that I would have the patch in 7-10 a business days! So this place is awful! Do not go to Denova Health for psychotherapy, they make your symptoms worse than they had been before.

I've been with Denova (previously Bayless healthcare) for 4 years and I absolutely love it. And I really appreciate the fact that I could do zoom medical and psychiatric appointments. I have been seeing Dr Mai Tai and Dr Bridget Kasten and they are both wonderful. Absolutely love the doctors I'm working with and I have no plans on switching.

Staff and doctors are amazing. They're excellent at communicating and follow up which is rare nowadays. From the time you step through the door you can tell it's going to be a positive experience. Their patient portal is easy to use and their phone representatives are also very helpful.
