Timber Hardwoods

The good: employees during the week are good and typically attentive. Good selection of wood, with ok prices. The two younger guys there try and help you out and the selection of wood there is pretty good. The bad is the weekend personnel are pretty bad. The girl with the colored hair who Im assuming is related to the owner is less than helpful. We wanted a better look at some premium hardwood on an upper shelf and she actually told us that the store was closing in an hour and I should come back during the week when the employees could help us better. She was not helpful at all, virtually knows nothing about wood and was barely able to get her attention away from her cell phone. Not sure why they employ her, and after seeing other reviews I dont understand why she still is employed there. Like others said, shes just a waste. To the owner: you have the potential to have a great store there. Not sure why you allow workers who are inattentive and lack customer service skills. If youre going to charge premium rates for the wood then you have to have employees who can answer basic questions on wood types, and who arent rude to the customers.

I've always loved browsing specialty lumber stores selling hardwood and high-quality hardwood-veneered sheet goods. This store does not disappoint. They will cut products to your dimensions for a nominal charge.

not the fanciest place but they have what you need and the product selection next door is amazing really cool place with expert staff to help with any questions
