I really wish they offered online services. The only time I can come in is weekends since I work the hours they are open weekdays. Ive gone twice on a Saturday and they are closed but their website clearly says they are open 10-5 and their office has hours of 10-4. On top of that, no one ever answers when I call even if its the weekday business hours

First time getting a loan, I cant go to a bank for one, I was a bit timid and scared of the whole process but Liz definitely put me at ease through it all. I first called in to ask how to go about everything Liz answered with what I can hear a smile on her face she walked me through anything answered all my questions and when I walked in to finalize everything she was so quick and efficient with everything. She again walked me through pay back options and explained to me what I was doing with ease. What was a devastating moment for me turned into a good experience.
