    Absolutely the best concerned dealership we have dealt with. We drove from Iowa, noticed we were spewing oil on the side of our Lincoln. Afraid if we should drive ior not, Jesus, in service , got us in the very next morning. He held our hand through the entire ordeal. A loaner car was given to us. I cant remember the last time I had such attention and concern. Thanks Jesus.

    Appalling customer service from the Fiesta Lincoln Service Department On advice from Lincoln's concierge service, I decided to take my Lincoln MKZ to Fiesta Lincoln. This was a HUGE mistake. I wrote a long review of all of the issues, which google wont let me post. Condensed version: -Brought in my MKZ for warranty engine replacement, service advisor had ZERO knowledge of automotive repair. Kept asking if I wanted an oil change. Uh the engine is blown? -Complete lack of contact. I was told it would be 3 weeks. **9 WEEKS** later after never having been called (I had to reach out once a week to get anything) I was told its done and I need to come pick it up IMMEDIATELY and return the loaner I had as other people needed it. (Thanks) -Picked up my vehicle the next day, and was greeted by the service advisor with Oh! We cant wait to get that car out of here! It has been here so long (Thanks again.. I know) To be fair, mechanically, it was perfect. The service technicians did an amazing job on the new warranty engine install. After stopping to fill up gas as my tank was (EMPTY) I realized my pearl white MKZ was FILTHY. I noticed trash in the passenger footwell, dirty handprints all over the front clip, bumper, hood and grill. The glass had grease on it from windshield to drivers window and the engine bay was incredibly dusty. For a newly replaced engine. strange, but fine, I took it home and hand washed/wiped it down. Now, back to the dealership 1 week later for a backup camera recall. Same contact issues with my service advisor. AND my service advisor who had my car for 9 weeks DIDNT REMEMEBER ME 1 WEEK LATER Asked why I was there? Like.. the recall? We spoke 6 days ago in personyou told me to come to this appointment.. like what the f? Im told its done, I pickup the car and roll. As I get to my part of town I stop for gas and inspect the car.. again.. just in case. ... you have to be kidding me. DISGUSTING. I call my service advisor and after waiting 10 minutes she picks up. She verbally shrugs over the phone and says a manager will call me. He does 10 minutes AFTER that, and lets me know that he is deeply sorry and profusely embarrassed by the condition of the vehicle leaving AND the way his staff has behaved. Makes comments that he is having issues with his team and "doesn't have the best team currently, but working on that" I told him, honestly the follow up call was just to inform him of the piss poor experience and that I was NEVER coming back to the dealership ..ever.. again... He convinced me that I should bring in my car and he would have it detailed. I could not get a call back from him after 5 calls, 2 voicemails and 2 messages left with reception about scheduling the detailing. I got him on the phone one time and he said he would reach out before the weekend to let me know if he could get me in. HE NEVER CALLED. Im done with them. Garbage service for a luxury brand GO ELSEWHERE. Samuel G. Update: After I posted my review, another manager reached out to me. Insisted he make things right. And offered a loaner vehicle plus vehicle pickup, plus a detail. He was cordial, understanding and professional. I feel a little better about the situation. Just wish I could have dealt with this person from the beginning. I changed my review from a one star, to a three.
