        This agent goes above and beyond for his clientele. I was in the office speaking to Shannon when John walked in. Shannon has set up an appointment for John to go to one of his insureds homes because she had some questions about a notice she received in the mail. She wanted to see him in person. He spent a couple hours listening to the insured, mostly just about her life because she lives alone. He has done so much for so many others I found out while in the office. Such a rare find these days!
