Service was good when I was getting a quote, but after purchasing full coverage auto insurance I called in to ask a question and was continuously cut off and cold transfered to the automated service department. I called back in to file a complaint and was told by Daniel Ordaz that he was standing over his mangers shoulder who I spoke with that was rude and told by Daniel that he did nothing wrong. I wanted to ask why I was put on auto pay but I could never ask, I was told he sold you the policy but we can't help you beyond that and was hung up on again. Be cautious here I will never be a customer again.
