Andrews team at Farmers Insurance is incredible to work with. Andrew looks deep into exactly how to benefit the entire family. Cody and Brandi both were quick and attentive to our questions. I have used the impersonal insurance companies in the past, but nothing compares to an office full of helpful & kind people. Its genuine. Id highly recommend them to anyone

Andrew has patiently worked through all of my complex questions as I continue to make updates to our insured items. It is rare to find an agent who will spend the time to run you multiple policy scenarios for you to pick from. As one of many highlights, he is spending a considerable amount of time, even afterhours, to help me coordinate purchasing and shipping a vehicle from out of state. I should add that he is even doing this in the few days leading up to Christmas. I honestly can't thank him enough. I'll be recommending him to my friends!

BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY !!!!!!!!! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING !!!!!!!!!!!! Most incompetent Agents I have ever seen. They contacted me telling me that they could save me money if i switched Auto carriers. After switching my Auto insurance premium almost doubled. I contacted the owner Andrew Chambers who told me it was a mistake. He said he was trying to resolve and would be back to me at the end of the week. He NEVER called. Again, I called his agency speaking to his assistant Brand Bennet telling her to have Andrew Chambers call me. Its been almost 3 weeks and no calls and each month he is billing me almost double my original premium. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY, THEY ARE INCOMPETENT !!!!!!
