        Our family was looking to change insurance companies for our homeowners and auto. We were referred by a friend to Benjamin Tracey. We called for an appointment and he got us in right away to see him. Benjamin took the time to go over our current homeowner and auto policies with us. He explained what our policy covered with our current insurance company and how we could get more coverage with Farmers. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. In the end he saved us money and we received more coverage for less money than our previous insurance company. Even now when I have a question he is quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. I never received this level of service from my old insurance company. We are so glad that we found Mr. Tracey. I would not hesitate to refer him. We are definitely a satisfied family/customer.
