    The room smelled stuffy and there was a used wet cloth inside the shower and there was hairs on the walls. I thought, ok that's weird, doesn't the hotel have cleaning staff? I went to make coffee and the coffee filter was still inside and there was cold coffee in the carafe. Then the fridge was wet inside and it didn't freeze my insulin freezer pack. The next night, two cockroaches came up from the bathroom sink. There is no Wi-Fi. There is basic cable hooked up TV that was fuzzy. The carpets look like they've never been washed since they were put in. I was bothered twice before check out and once the phone rang and it was front desk asking me if I was leaving AS I was leaving??? Ugh, don't stay here it's disgusting.

    Don't be lured in by the attractive room rate. It will be wise to select any other property even if at twice the rate. The attitude of the management is depolorable. I booked a two day stay and of course full amount is due up front plus a $30 fee to be refunded on checkout. I had to leave early AM after one night due to a family emergency. When I left the hotel at 7:00AM the lobby was closed so I could not discuss my early unplanned departure. I called several times that morning to alert the property management that I had checked out and the room was available for cleaning and resell. Every phone call was met with a terse message; "UNAVAILABLE" Finally late that day I got through to the General Manager who asked why I had not called earlier. OMG! He said he would review my situation and call me back the next day with his decision on whether to remit the charge for day two which had already been charged to me card. Needless to say he never called back and of course the charges for both days hit my card. I have travelelled the world for the past 40 years staying in literally hundreds of hotels. I have never been charged for a night's stay when reporting an unplanned need for early departure. (The only exception are homes booked for an entire week.) The management of this property seems quite disengenuous and wholly lacking in any kind of professionalism. And of course I will never look twice at this property as it is also completely inferior in all ways in spite of its name "Superior Suites." The towels are thing, the walls are thin, the bedding thin and stained and the carpets stained as well. Do yourself a huge favor and book virtually anywhere else. You'll be the winner!
