My wife and I got here almost an hour early to fill out paperwork in suite 301 and then sat for that 45 mins and then an additional 30 mins in the waiting room then the intake nurse was rude to us both no personality at all and then they sat us in a room for an hour from 9:46 until 10:46 as we listened to them call and assist other patients coming in. We can even hear the doctor talking to people in other rooms. I eventually had to stick my head out the door and ask if we had been forgotten and lo and behold we had. Not cool at all Nurse practitioner came in at 10:50 finally and was very nice and apologetic for our wait because no one told them we were in the room waiting which falls back to the intake nurse and her behavior towards us

Husband has been here for almost a week. We are extremely satisfied with his care. Excellent staff. Love his drs . They answer all my questions no matter how dumb lol. There is a CNA who has the most positive fun bedside manners Ive ever seen. I think hubby is crushing on her. The nurses are truly heros. Thank you for taking such good care of him
