    We've highly enjoyed our experience with Legacy Homecare.  My pop pop needed some caregiving services and assistance around the house. Legacy sent someone out the next day to go over our questions, what a caregiver can do in his home, and how much services normally cost. The social worker that came out was very kind and patient with all of our questions. We shopped a few different reputable companies but decided to go with Legacy. We are so happy we did!

    Upon first meeting all sounded good. But follow up phone calls with Dr referral information were never made. We tried 3 care givers for my Mother in law at her apartment, and all were not good at all. They did very little of the what the company had said would be done. Each lady acted like it was such a chore to do simple things like dust and do laundry. The only thing they did halfway was to give a semi sponge bath and help my Mother in law into the bathroom. Most of the time they said they would say that they would take care of something simple like moving some clothes, the next time they were to be coming over. Much to much time was spent by the ladies on their cell phones, and way to many long smoke breaks. Also miss lead information was given by them to a Physical therapist that came twice a week.

    My family had our first contact with this home care company this past week and since we were so very impressed we wanted to share  our experience.My sister-in-law lives in Mesa with my mother-in-law. My sister-in-law, who is in her 70's ,  is the caregiver to this 94-year matriarch of the family.I am afraid my sister-in-law's health has taken a turn for the worse and it's become more of a challenge to be the caregiver for my mother-in-law.My husband and I live on the other side of town in Peoria. Takes us about an hour to actually get to there to assist. I chose Legacy due to the excellent  reviews and all the certifications that this agency has.In the mist of the coronavirus I was also glad to hear that all of their aides have gone through a coronavirus program. Allison, the case manager, was just delightful on our telephone contact and responded promptly. We met with her and shortly after homecare was initiated. Tiffany scheduled a wonderful caregiver and my mother-in-law could not be happier. I thought it would be a struggle but she excepted Dana so well.No contract.. excellent care...  no hassles..no issues. Only professionalism and best of care. I myself am an RN who recently retired from an executive director position of a retirement community in Sun City. There are things I look for in a company, especially for my family.This will be our " go to" company for weekly assistance and  any issues in the future. Thank you so very much..
