        Toll Brothers in general has shown to be sloppy at their latest construction work. Talk to the Candence residence about their experiences before looking here. Many of the builders and contractors are between this site and there.

        My daughter and son in law built a house in mesa with toll brothers and they have done a horrible job ! Nothing gets fixed right and they have a leak in the house today probably from the roof that was never fixed correct ! Glass door in shower fell out and they replaced with a door that still doesn't fit ! I can go on and on. Do not build with this company !

        For the money, they are one of the better home builders I have seen. The only thing I wished was different, is that they'd allow more smaller custom changes.
