Thank you to Roberta and the owner who helped me with a concern I had on a previous visit. I was anxious over choosing the right extensions and they worked with me and my stylist to get it right. The color matches perfectly which isn't easy to do with blond hair. Thank you again.

Great customer service. Came here as a chemo patient with no idea on how wigs "work". The employee's took the time to educate me and allow me to try on wigs w/o rush. Nice options and prices are reasonable compared to other shops in the area. Plus for cancer patients you get a 20% discount

Worst customer service from a beauty supply. After I walked in the employee quickly grabbed my item (hair extension remover) off the shelf so I never saw the price and never informed me of their stores policies when I was checking out. After being in the store for only a minute, I paid, and I realized this store sold me the item at a MUCH higher price than the beauty supply 2 miles away. I asked for a refund and they said theres nothing they can do and I shouldve known about their return policy even though I was a new customer, and was in the shop for literally 2 minutes beforehand. Its really sad that a business like this is comfortable with ripping off other stylists in the hair industry. Will never shop here again and I advise you not to give your business to this overpriced store, they just want to take advantage of their customers. Stick to The Hair Shop, its worth it.
