        Dropped in and joined my daughter for a partner WOD on a Saturday. Box is clean, equipment is well maintained, the people are friendly, and the programming was solid! My daughter loves the box and I can see why.

        Henry is awesome. Hes welcoming, uplifting, personable, corrects movement in an encouraging manner, and plays good music. He has a great gym. Its clean & organized (with both equipment and class management). Highly recommend!

        Great gym with awesome people. Came from another CrossFit out of town which I though I could not ever find a crew like that. I was wrong. This place is awesome. The coaches, the people-all support each other. Coach Henry and Coach Dan are beyond awesome. All the coaches help with any fitness levels and/or work with any injuries or restrictions you have to help you be the best you can be. Amazing team and family. Recommend this place 150%
