I would love to give this company a great review, but overall my experience was subpar. I would give the guy that came and changed my glass five stars, as he was outstanding and quick. He was also extremely polite. The office staff, however, could be better with their communication. I started this process with this company on 3/15, and my glass went in on 5/4. It took me several calls to set up a quote for my glass. Once that was done, it took another several call to set up getting my glass fixed. After ten business days, I was supposed to receive a call back to set up to get my glass installed. I had to track this company down for several weeks to get an answer. The contracted company broke my glass, but I did not get any communication telling me it would be longer. Every time I called, they could not find who I was and said they could call back but never did. My glass is nice for the price; however, I would rather work with a more reliable company and one that knows how to communicate effectively. I was sorely disappointed because Raben Glass has high stars, and was expecting better.

On behalf of St. George Ancient Assyrian Church of the East, I cannot even begin to thank Raben glass enough for the amazing job they did on the entrance door at our church. Ashur and his team are an amazing group of people to work with! From beginning to end, they made sure it was an easy process. They went above and beyond all our expectations! We definitely will be contacting them for all of our glass work in the future. I also will be recommending them to anyone whos looking for the best glass company in the valley!
