Sun Devil Campus Store – Polytechnic

They did not update their hours for spring break. I'm in the online program and drove to pick up my books in person but they were closed. I took time off work to be able to pick up my books before Monday when my classes start but now I will not be able to pick them up. I will have to cancel the order and have them shipped but they most likely will not be here for the start of my classes.

I was just in there to pick up an online order and was told by a woman I needed my confirmation numbers. I didnt have them because they never confirmed my pickup, after a couple months I just decided to go in. I asked if I could just use my name or student ID and she said there are hundreds of things back there. So, I spent like 5 minutes looking through my emails for the number until another worker came over. He said he could look it up using my last name and found my order in less than a minute. Why was that so hard for the woman employee to do the same? That guy rocks and Ill avoid that woman next time.
